Fairuza Balk (sinh Fairuza Alejandra Feldthouse; 21 tháng 5 năm 1974) là một nữ diễn viên và nhạc sĩ người Mỹ. Cô ra mắt bộ phim điện ảnh đầu tiên với vai Dorothy Gale trong bộ phim năm 1985 của Disney, Return to Oz. Balk cũng xuất hiện trong Valmont, The Craft, The Island of Dr. Moreau, American History X, The Waterboy, Almost Famous và Personal Velocity: Three Portraits.
